A Deeper Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you with humble hearts, seeking your blessing and direction as we embark on the journey of planting a church. We recognize that this is not a task to be taken lightly, and we are deeply aware of our own limitations and weaknesses. Yet, we are compelled by your great commission to go and make disciples of all nations, and we believe that planting a church is a vital part of fulfilling this mandate. As we move forward, we ask that you would give us a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose, that we may stay focused on the mission you have called us to. May we be rooted and grounded in your love, and may our hearts be filled with a deep passion for reaching the lost and serving the community. Give us the courage to take risks and the wisdom to make wise decisions, and may your presence be with us every step of the way. May we be faithful stewards of the resources you provide, and may we always remember that the church is not our own, but yours, and that we are merely servants of your kingdom. As we pray, we are reminded of the promise that you will build your church, and that the gates of Hades will not overcome it. Give us the confidence to trust in your sovereignty, and may we always look to you as our rock and our salvation.
