Biblical Question
The Creator of God: Understanding the Uncreated Creator
The Biblical Answer
Dear friend, I know this question can be perplexing, especially when trying to wrap our finite minds around the vastness of an infinite God. The Bible teaches us that God is the uncreated Creator, who existed from eternity and brought the universe into being through His Word (John 1:3). This means that God has always existed and was never created, for it is impossible for something to create itself or be brought into existence by something outside of itself. Instead, God's existence is the bedrock of our understanding, and He is the foundation upon which all else is built.
This concept is echoed in the apostle Paul's words in Romans 11:36 when he writes, 'For from him and through him and for him are all things.' God is not created; He is the One who creates everything, sustains everything, and loves everything He has made. While our minds may struggle to fully comprehend this truth, our hearts can trust in the wisdom and goodness of an uncreated Creator.

"For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him."
A Prayer for This
"Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your presence in our lives, and for Your unwavering existence throughout eternity. Grant us the faith to trust in Your wisdom and goodness, even when we don't understand the mysteries of Your nature. Help us to love and worship You with all our hearts, and to glorify You in all that we do."
