Prayer for Success and Favor with a Difficult Boss

Heavenly Father, I come to You in humility and sincerity, seeking Your guidance and favor in my workplace. You know the challenges I face with my difficult boss, and I ask that You grant me the wisdom and discernment to navigate these situations with grace and integrity. May my actions and attitude be a reflection of Your love and character, and may I be a source of encouragement and joy to those around me, including my boss. As the scripture says, 'Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven' (Matthew 5:16). I pray that You will give me the strength and courage to stand up for what is right, and to be a beacon of hope in my workplace.
