Prayer for inner healing and peace of mind

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you today seeking inner healing and peace of mind. I acknowledge the pain and the weight that has been bearing down on me, and I confess that I am not in control. I need Your guidance, Your comfort, and Your peace. In the midst of chaos, help me to remember that You are my rock, my refuge, and my strength. Speak to me through Your Word, reminding me of Your power, Your love, and Your goodness. Lord, I ask that You would bring healing to the depths of my soul. Restore what has been broken, mend what has been damaged, and bring to the surface what has been hidden. Let Your presence be my balm, soothing my wounds and calming my fears. As I come to You, I bring my worries, my fears, and my doubts. I lay them at Your feet, trusting that You will take them upon Yourself. Help me to trust in Your goodness and Your sovereignty. When anxiety tries to creep in, remind me of Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In the midst of uncertainty, remind me that You are always present, always working. Your ways may be mysterious, but Your love is unwavering. Hold me close in Your loving arms and give me the strength to face whatever lies ahead. Thank You for being my Abba, my Father, and my Guide.
