Finding Rest in the Heart of God
In a world that often feels chaotic, demanding, and conditional, there is one constant truth that remains unshakable: the love and grace of God. As your pastor, I hear from many people who struggle to believe they are truly "enough." They feel the weight of their mistakes, the sting of past failures, and the pressure to earn approval. But the heart of the Gospel is not about what we do for God; it is entirely about what He has already done for us.
God’s love is not a reaction to our perfection. Rather, it is a proactive, sacrificial, and eternal pursuit of our hearts. When we talk about grace, we are talking about unmerited favor—the gift of God’s presence and redemption that we could never purchase, even if we had a thousand lifetimes to try. Let’s explore the scriptures that anchor our souls in this beautiful reality.
The Foundations of His Unconditional Love
The Bible is a love letter written to a humanity that often loses its way. From the Old Testament prophets to the letters of the Apostles, the message is clear: God is love. When you feel lonely, forgotten, or unworthy, remember that these words were written specifically for you.
